Today is International Women’s Day. Here at ActionCOACH Team Sage we’re saluting the women business owners that we have the privilege to work so closely with as clients.

Cris Sweeny and Claire Lardner are the co-owners of FrameWorks Miami. FrameWorks is a full service fine art sourcing, printing, framing, and custom fabrication company that specializes in the hospitality and commercial market for over 30 years. Awesome powerhouse women making a huge difference in the lives of everyone on their team and beyond.

Kelly Fullerton is the co-owner of Eric’s Outboard Marine Service. Under Kelly’s leadership the company has tripled revenues and expanded from Miami to a 2nd location in Key Largo. One of the things Kelly is very passionate about is learning and sharing that knowledge. Their Miami location is a role model for other Yamaha Marine Engines with people coming from as far away as Japan to witness first hand how they do what they do.

Charlotte Dunagan, founder of Dunagan Diverio Design Group. Charlotte has taken her company from herself and a part time assistant to 20 employees in the high end interior design space. From the time she started her firm almost 15 years ago she has had a word of mouth/referral business. She is in such high demand that there is a waiting list for their services.

Joyce Landry, co-founder and owner of Landry and Kling Global Cruise Services. Everyone knows what happened to the cruise industry during the pandemic, what you may not know is how this savvy expert was able to take her expertise and pivot her business to reinvent Landry and Kling into what’s needed and wanted from making ships available as offshore/workforce housing, entering new markets in yacht and small ship charters. Joyce launched a monthly live cast on sustainable ship practices, highlighting what the industry is doing and the future of sustainability in her industry. Joyce is one of the most courageous, good nature and tenacious experts I’ve ever met.

Meghan Goucouria Owner of Ganny Nannies Miami. Her firm specializing in elder care and is a leading provider in private duty home care services. Her franchise is a top national Granny Nannies franchise, and that is only one of the accolades we can share about Meghan. She’s a multi award winner and is very active in a number of community service organizations. She’s a powerful young entrepreneur, keep an eye out on her.

Grisel Brito is the co-owner of the Silverberg/Brito Law firm. Her firm specializes in insurance, real estate and commercial law. Under Gisel’s leadership the firm has grown from 3 to 23 in the last 3 years. Gisel is both smart and competitive having won the student athlete of the year all 4 years she was in the university. That ought to give you an idea of how committed she is to excellence both on and off the court and in the courtroom. Another powerful entrepreneur we’re proud to work with.

Michelle Molina is the co-owner of M3 Roofing. What’s amazing about Michelle is that she is a mother of 3 young children including a newborn and runs a rapidly expanding company with her husband Xavier. She never misses a coaching session and pulls the learning and her personal and professional growth to herself. Her energy is contagious and once you meet her you wouldn’t want to have anyone else work on your roof or the roof of anyone you know. She’s involved in the Mom Economy non profit sharing her journey of success to help others.

So there you have it, some of the amazing women we get to work with here at our business coaching firm. In honor of all each of them and women making a difference around the world we’ve made a donation to Safe Space, a domestic violence shelter for women and children here in Miami helping women less fortunate than us to get back on their feet.

In celebration of women please reach out to a woman that has made a difference in your life.

All the best, Jody!
